Kylie Minogue Aphrodite Les Folies tour in Perth was TOTALLY AWESOME!!! What a spectacle!!! Love the stage and all the props!! It’s so amazing and the fountains and water displays were nothing short of brilliant!!

I’ll do a full concert review with photos when I get back to Singapore. 🙂

Hopefully, I can get it done before I go for Aphrodite Live this coming Wednesday. Can’t wait!!

So I flew down to Perth specially to catch the Aphrodite Les Folies leg of Kylie’s latest tour. Totally no regrets. 🙂

This guy must be Perth’s biggest Kylie fan. He was the first person in the queue at the concert venue:

So we headed to explore Fremantle for the day before the concert at night.

Kylie opened the concert with Aphrodite. She looked every bit an aphrodite alright.

I totally love this prop. It’s actually my favourite prop from the whole concert. It’s just so beautiful!

Whoever’s idea it is to do the whole concert with a greek theme is a freaking genius!!! The stage and costumes and sets are totally amazing and absolutely stunning!

I can’t really remember which song did she sing for the following costumes but whatever, I’m sharing the photos in any case.

The proposal was totally a surprise. Kylie was chatting to the people in the splash zone when she spoke without the mic and then got the guy in the yellow shirt to come up on stage. The next thing we knew, Kylie got his bf (the guy in the black shirt) to come up on stage and then he went down on one knee and proposed. Wow. I am so happy for them even though I’m not sure where or how they are going to get married since gay marriage is not legal in Australia.

Kylie was quite emotional after the proposal and then she decided to do a song that’s not in the setlist since she couldn’t just “jump straight back into the concert” after the proposal. She asked for suggestions from the crowd and ended up doing “Locomotion”.

This is exactly why I love Kylie. She is so cute and sexy. Seriously, I’d do her. Hahaha.

Finally, the night ended with On A Night Like This and All The Lovers with the water displays starting up. It was truly stunning and beautiful. I just can’t repeat and emphasize that enough. Most awesome stage I’ve ever seen after so many concerts I’ve been to.

Now I’m wondering how the Aphrodite Live stage is going to look like…. I shouldn’t expect too much should I?
