The Intellectual Property Office of Singapore is organising “The Originals IP Spectacular!” at Toa Payoh Hub on 24 and 25 April 2012 as part of the Honour Intellectual Property (or HIP) Alliance public outreach initiative.

The 2 day affair starts at noon and ends at 9pm daily. It features a youth bazaar, community art project and a student showcase.

Also, on Tuesday, 24 April 2012, 7 – 9 pm, they will be screening the Disney Pixar hit “Toy Story 3”. I don’t know about you guys but I’d bring extra tissues to watch this movie. I kept crying at the beginning and the end of the movie (even though I’ve watched it twice before).

On Wednesday, 25 April 2012, 6 – 8 pm, our local artists JJ Lin, Tay Kewei, Chen Weilian, Derrick Hoh and Dick Lee will take the stage for a night of song.

And did I mentioned that it’s all free? Go down to Toa Payoh Hub and support our local music scene and talents y’all! I’d love to go watch JJ Lin and Dick Lee but due to the timing, I’m not sure if I’ll be able to make it down in time. Dammit. 🙁 Oh well, I’ll see what happens then.
