So apparently, there’s a gala premiere for Green Hornet in Singapore on the 24th January 2011 at The Cathay which Jay Chou, Seth Rogen and the director Michael Gondry are supposed to attend…. subjected to changes.

In other words, it’s probably only Jay Chou and perhaps the director who will attend the premiere.

Thing is, while I see that Domino’s Pizza has run a contest for people to win tickets to walk the red carpet at the movie premiere, there wasn’t a date and time mentioned about the event.

It’s almost like the organizers only promoted the event to Jay Chou fans. You can hardly find much information about what is even happening at all.

Such is the dismal situation of the entertainment scene in Singapore. We still have a very long way to go to be truly vibrant.
