When I arrived at the Fountain Square at Clarke Quay, the place was already full. Not surprising at all given it was Korean Night. Hallyu Wave was in full force alright.

I arrived in time to see Rhythmking perform. I had absolutely no clue what to expect because I didn’t have the time and energy to go check out all the performers at Music Matters Live 2012 on YouTube before it happened.

Anyway, I like Rhythmking. Their rock sound appeals to me. Also, Bumkey’s voice melts you when he sings the slower ballad-ish songs. Here’s a video of Bumkey singing “Love Song” for you to get what I mean about this voice:
