Alice Nine was here recently for their A9 2015 Re:birth -Tensyou- Tour in Singapore on 25 & 25 October 2015 at The Singapore Airlines Theatre, LASALLE College of the Arts. As a big fan, needless to say, I had to catch them on both days and it was so worth it!
Alice Nine really knows how to work the crowd this is the first concert I’ve been to where I see everyone jumping and dancing throughout the whole concert.
Their fan service were top notch as well! They made the effort to try to look at the fans in the eye and make a connection with the fan through their actions and/or expressions. They sure know how to make the fans feel special.

On the first day, some fan threw some bras (brand new with the tag still on) to Saga and he picked it up and hun it on Tora and Hiroto’s microphone stand. LOL.

On the second day, the fans threw some bras again and a couple of g-string thongs as well and Saga hung all the bras and thongs on Shou’s microphone stand and say something like, “Thank you for the presents, fans naughty, I like.” The crowd went wild at that. LOL.
I’m so glad that I went for the concert on both days as Saga was more fun and playful on the second day.
There was a handshake event after the concert and on the first day, it just went by in a blur and I only remembered that I mumbled, “Saga, you are my favourite!” and then Saga took my hands and said “Thank you” while looking straight into my eyes.
Fortunately, I was more prepared on the second day and I actually remembered what happened this time around!
Toro was the first in line. I said “hi”, shook his hands and quickly let go of his hand to focus on Saga. When it was my turn with Saga, I said “hi” excitedly and gushed, “Saga! I love you so much!!”
Saga took my hand, gave me the cutest smile and did a thumbs up sign. He said something but I can’t remember as I had blanked out and just stood there. My friend had to smack me to bring me back to my senses and when I did, I continued gushing, ” You were great on stage! Take care and come to Singapore again soon!” Saga shook my hand again and said thank you.
Hiroto was adorable! I said “hi” to him and told him that he was so cute on stage and he gave me a smile as he shook my hand and said thank you. I then said, “Hiroto, fist bump!” He looked confused; he held up his fist but he had no idea what to do so I bumped my fist on his and his face brightened with realisation and went, “Aahh! Fist bump!” We did a proper fist bump again and said our goodbyes.
Sadly, the organisers were really strict with the no photos policies and some fans had their phone confiscated for the show even! Maybe next time, they can consider to designate certain songs for fans to take photos for some personal momento from the concert like the Ukiss concert in Japan.
Anyway, thank you Alice Nine for the great memories! Hopefully, I’ll be able to catch you guys again soon!
