Travelling through Guangzhou, Hezhou, Guilin and Yangshuo (Part 4)

  • Beijing Road, Guangdong (北京路, 广东) — The main shopping district in Guangdong. It is also a pedestrian mall. I actually quite like shopping for local brands in China. It’s mostly because it’s cheap and their quality is pretty good if not decent. What is cool about Beijing Road is that there’s one part of the street where they preserved the ancient roads all the way back from the Song Dynasty I think. Pretty awesome if you ask me.

There is this shop along Beijing Road which made me laugh:

They’re selling clothes in case you were wondering. Still, it’s quite clear where they got their inspiration from. Haha.

And finally, here’s my favourite part of going on a trip/holiday to China. I get to see and hence collect such images of signage which really off English translations. Hahaha. Enjoy!
