Back for the 2013 installment, there is a FREE event at Toa Payoh Hub from 11 am – 9 pm as part of the World Intellectual Property Day.
Throughout the day, there are fringe activities like photo booths with IP-related themes, hands-on community artwork and treats from some local F&B companies.
In the evening, there is a performance by Derrick Hoh at 6 pm, a live 3D-effect video show and end off with a free screening of the Disney’s animated movie, Wreck It Ralph, starting at 7 pm.
Ms Sim Ann, Senior Parliamentary Secretary (Ministry of Communication and Information & Ministry of Education), will grace the evening segment as the Guest-of-Honour as well.
That said, why must they put Derrick to perform at 6 pm? This is the second year and I seriously am not able to make it down to Toa Payoh Hub by 6 pm to watch Derrick. 🙁
Note: If anyone is going, please make a fancam of Derrick singing “Forever” and send me the link. I’ll watch it, post it and link you. Thanks.
