Yes people, you read it right. AEROSMITH is coming to Singapore!!! AEROSMITH!!! For the first time ever in Singapore!!! I don’t know about you guys but I’m psyched as hell about it!! Finally an international English act that I am genuinely excited to watch live!! I can’t wait to sing my lungs out to classics like “Pink”, “Crying”, “Walk This Way”, “Crazy” and the epic “I Don’t Wanna Miss a Thing” (assuming that they perform those songs).

I am also totally psyched about watching Ceelo Green live!! I missed watching him live at Day 1 of the 2010 edition of Capital FM’s Jingle Bell Ball in London. He was due to perform on the first day but because of bad weather, he was stuck in Amsterdam and he performed on the second day instead.

Needless to say, I’m keen to watch Psy live as well. If you guys have been a regular reader of my blog/a follower on twitter you might remember how I was moaning about how I couldn’t get tickets to see Psy at the free showcase at Marina Bay Sands last year. This just might be it!

As for Blush, I’ve heard about them but I haven’t really went to check them out much (coz there’s just too many things going on). Anyone want to give me a crash course?

Anyway, they will be performing at the Social Star Awards at Marina Bay Sands on 23 May 2013 and don’t even bother about the tickets. It’s too freaking expensive.

We’re talking about $32,888 (Super VIP) for a table of 10 right in front of the stage. The Super VIP tickets includes a “VIP Entrance”, champagne reception, free flow of alcohol and a 3-course dinner prepared by MBS Executive Chef Christopher Christie.

“Regular” VIPs will have to fork out $18,888 for a table of 10 a little further from the stage. There are regular seats as well but they start from $388.

With the money saved, you can then go for the Singapore Social Concerts on 24 and 25 May 2013 at Gardens by the Bay. I don’t really like the venue but I do hope they build a better stage than the crappy one at the J.Lo concert last year.

Tickets for the concert are priced at $150 for 24 May 2013 and $165 for 25 May 2013 and will go on sale from 9 am onwards at www.starcount.com/tickets.

[25 April 2013 | Update] Here’s the rough schedule of what is going to happen at the Star Social Awards (based on the Super VIP tickets entitlement):

• 6pm – Arrive at the VIP entrance and be escorted to the caviar reception
• 7pm – Enjoy a pre awards gourmet dining experience with free flow champagne, premium wines & spirits by Executive Chef Christopher Christie
• 9pm – SHOW STARTS: www.youtube.com/starcount
• Midnight – Late Passes to the strictly invite only stars after party with free flow at secret venue to be announced.
