For those of you who stayed through the entire Robbie Williams concert in that crazy storm, give yourself a pat on the back and I hope no one fell sick as a result.

It was SO CRAZY. Just before Robbie Williams took to the stage at the 2014 Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix, the skies opened and poured. The rain was so heavy that from the Padang, the Marina Bay Sands, the buildings at the Marina Square/Suntec area were not visible at all.

It’s been too long since Robbie Williams performed in Singapore. I don’t know it if it is 14 years as Robbie said but it’s definitely more than 10 years.

I also must say that I was really happy that Robbie didn’t do his Swing set from his current tour and he threw in lots of his old hits in for this special performance at the Singapore GP.

Robbie is every bit the entertainer that he is and he wasn’t contented about how he was the only one getting wet when he came out to the extension stage. So he made all his back up singers come out and join in at the extension stage every now and then. Hahahaha!!

Also, Robbie was saying that he wanted to show off some dance moves but it was too slippery. Robbie did actually slip a bit on the slippery stage and he did show us one of the dance move in the end. Hehehe.

The concert was really awesome but shame about the storm. Pretty sure that it would have been a whole lot crazier if it rained when the concert was ending and not at the beginning. Oh well.

Please don’t come back 10 years later Robbie. Come back soon!
