Earlier this afternoon, Lee Dong Wook had an open press conference at the front outside Plaza Singapura. The press conference was really short actually; Lee Dong Wook showed up around 1.00 pm (SG) and left at around 1.16 pm (SG). This means that the whole press conference was barely 15 minutes long!

Personally, I arrived at the place around 10.30 am (SG) to try to get a good spot to catch a glimpse of the Grim Reaper. So yeah, I literally was standing there from 10.30 am (SG) till 1.20 pm (SG). Fortunately, I was standing under some trees so at least I have some shelter from the heat. Kudos to all the fans who stood in the sun while waiting for Lee Dong Wook to show up.

Fangirling is not for the the faint-hearted; a girl actually fainted from the heat near where I was standing. Thankfully she is ok and she gave up and walked out of the crowd in the end. Please people, always, always, always EAT and/or DRINK something preferably sweet before you start your wait to see Oppa. Don’t faint there and then miss all the fun.

Speaking of fun, after the 2.5 hours or so wait (for me), dark clouds suddenly appeared from nowhere and everyone was so worried that a thunderstorm would ensue. At that time, all the “goblin is sad” lame jokes started coming. LOL. Fortunately, it only drizzled and rained lightly for a short while during the press conference and there was no need for any use of umbrella or for anyone to start running for cover because of lightning.

Also, another highlight during the press conference was how when the emcee asked Lee Dong Wook something like where should he go in Singapore and most (if not all) the fans were like, “MY HOUSE!!” LMAO.

At first, Lee Dong Wook was like, “Wow, I have so many houses to visit.” and after a while, he actually asked, “Why do you guys keep asking me to go to your houses?”

LMAO!!!! He doesn’t get it. 변하지 마세요 동욱 씨. ㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ

Even though it was a really short session after such a long wait in the sun and rain, it was still pretty enjoyable after it all.
