Whoo! Ed Sheeran is coming back to Singapore for a concert on his World Tour!! He plays at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on 11 November 2017 at 8.00 pm (SG).
The last time Ed Sheeran was here, he played at The Star Theatre and damn the tickets were sold out so fast!! I’m kinda glad that Ed Sheeran is now playing at the Singapore Indoor Stadium but I’m pretty sure tickets will go damn fast too!! (How many of you will be fighting with me for tickets come 11 May 2017 at 10.00 am (SG)?)
Anyway, tickets are priced at $248, $208, $188, $148 and $108 and will be available on sale via Sports Hub Tix. The price are in Singapore Dollars and does not include the $4 booking fee.
The event page on Sports Hub Tix site is not up yet at this point in writing.
Good luck to all of us on ticketing day. I expect a ticketing war to happen. May the fastest fingers prevail.
[UPDATE | 11 May 2017]
Looks like Singapore loves Ed Sheeran so much! Tickets for day 1 of Ed Sheeran sold out within 40 minutes and a second date was added and that too was sold out in no time. DAMN!
Also, I see that there are already some assholes on Carousell who have marked up those coveted Ed Sheeran tickets into hundreds and thousands. I don’t know if those people are for real but a search using the term “Ed Sheeran” I saw a listing for a pair of CAT1 tickets for $4,800.
That’s like so insane and unscrupulous!
DO NOT EVER BUY TICKETS OFF THE BLACK MARKET PEOPLE. Those assholes mark up the ticket price because of people who are dumb enough to buy them.
If you managed to get your tickets, good for you. If not, oh well. (Neither did I.)
[Update | 26 October 2017]
The Singapore dates will go on as planned. It is not affected by Ed’s recent injury to his arms.
