The world premiere of Lifetime Korea original production “Idol Moms” is happening on 1 February 2018 at 9 pm (SG/HK) exclusively on LIFETIME Asia (Starhub TV Ch 514 / Singtel MioTV Ch 302). “Idol Moms” broadcast every Thursdays, on the same night as Korea.

In conjunction with the world premiere of “Idol Moms”, there will be a simulcast of Episode 1 on LIFETIME Asia’s Facebook page via Facebook LIVE as well! Be sure to catch it!

“Idol Moms” follows the daily lives of 5 mothers and their young children as they navigate through the tough training and competition in pursuit of their child’s dream to become singers/idols.

First-generation K-Pop idol, Kang Ta from H.O.T will be the series’ mentor and host, alongside popular vocal coach and dance trainer, Jang Jin Young and Kim Tae-Woo (Kasper). As this is a production in collaboration with SM Entertainment, a surprise appearance from your favourite idol from SM Town wouldn’t be impossible.

Also, Super Junior’s Kyuhyun’s mom (KyuMom) is also expected to be featured on the show to talk about her experience of raising BBKyu to become an idol! Should be interesting given how ChoKyu managed to defy the odds of death to become one of the top singers in Kpop while attending University with 90% attendance AND graduating with honours; much to the annoyance of his fellow uni course mates. LOL.
