Once the game started, things escalated really quickly. Team Malaysia’s ArrHedge led a rampage on the get go and just slaughtered Team Vietnam to take an initial lead.

Team Vietnam put up a strong defence against Team Malaysia but Team Malaysia was on a roll. And after a massive bloodbath of 63 kills, Team Malaysia broke through and emerged victorious and was crowned the first ever Hyperplay League of Legends Champions! Well deserved and good job!

It was a spectacular end to a spectacular weekend that was the inaugural Hyperplay. It was no doubt fun even though I am no gamer. I found myself getting into the atmosphere of the crowd as the two teams battled it out in the game on stage. I started to get all excited whenever there was a massive battle and was groaning and cheering along with the rest of the stadium. Pretty amazing experience I must say.
