So I made it down to HMV at 313@Sommerset to see what went down at the Take a Photo session with The Wanted. Tom, Max, Nathan, Siva and Jay looked fine as usual. 🙂 The crowd of mostly teenage girls where naturally screaming their lungs out the moment the guys appeared. The Wanted hugged whoever who wanted a hug and gave some lucky girls a … Continue reading Take a Photo with The Wanted at HMV

I was invited to watch a special preview of “Enslaved: an MTV EXIT Special” narrated by Jared Leto yesterday. The 30 minutes documentary showcases the account of 3 victims and their life in modern day slavery. It was definitely very sad to hear their stories of pain, fear and humilation. It is very disheartening to hear that such horrible practices still exists in our world … Continue reading Enslaved: an MTV EXIT Special
Adele is certainly making a lot of waves stateside and winning even more fans over when she sang “Someone Like You” at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards. Her voice is strong and emotional as usual. I swear that I had goosebumps as she sang her heart out. If she continued her performance with “Rolling In The Deep” I would probably have started crying at … Continue reading Adele at the 2011 MTV Video Music Award
Jessie J, with her blinged up cast and crutches, served as house band for the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards. Those of us who were not at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles only got to see a good 30 seconds or so of Jessie J singing while she sat in her white chair. It’s such a shame that there are so many people who … Continue reading Jessie J at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards
Katy Perry was such a BITCH at the 2011 VMA!!! Either that, or she was drunk. Or both. She was looking all fine and sweet until she opened her mouth when she picked up the first award for BEST COLLABORATION with Kanye West for E.T. Katy Perry was giving her acceptance speech and Kanye West snuck up on her from behind. She screamed when she … Continue reading Katy Perry at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards
