U-Kiss Performance at KNation Manila 2014 Post Mortem

Kiseop and Friends U-Kiss was the last and most anticipated performer at KNation Showcase Manila 2014 at the SMX Convention Center on 5 October 2014. Even though that was my second time seeing Kiseop and Friends U-Kiss in person, this was actually my first time watching their performance live. Kiseop and Friends U-Kiss has debuted for about 6 years by now and I definitely had … Continue reading U-Kiss Performance at KNation Manila 2014 Post Mortem

BIGSTAR Performance at KNation Manila 2014 Post Mortem

BIGSTAR performed after 4Ladies at the KNation Showcase in Manila on 5 October 2014 at the SMX Convention Center. I don’t think it is a secret how much I adore and appreciate the boys of BIGSTAR as an artist. While they may be promoted like a kpop idol group, I know these boys are anything but flaky or fluffy. They definitely have the talent and skills to … Continue reading BIGSTAR Performance at KNation Manila 2014 Post Mortem

4Ladies Performance at KNation Manila 2014 Post Mortem

After M.Pire hit the stage at the KNation Showcase in Manila on 5 October 2014 at the SMX Convention Center, the girls from 4Ladies were up next. The 4Ladies set was super short; they only did 3 songs. First was their debut song “Move”, second was Jennifer Lopez’s “On The Floor” and the last was a medley of Psy’s “Gangnam Style” and “Gentleman”. EDIT: (Thank … Continue reading 4Ladies Performance at KNation Manila 2014 Post Mortem

M.Pire Performance at KNation Manila 2014 Post Mortem

M.Pire was the first act to perform at the KNation Showcase in Manila on 5 October 2014 at the SMX Convention Center. Honestly, they weren’t as bad as I thought they’d be. Hahaha. I really didn’t have a very good/strong impression of M.Pire from Mnet’s Idol Battle but they did a lot better than I expected with their live performance. I am not sure what is … Continue reading M.Pire Performance at KNation Manila 2014 Post Mortem

Trick Showcase at Hood Bar Singapore 2014 Post Mortem

First up, congratulations to Richard Jansen and Marc Lian, collectively known as Trick, on your first ever showcase. 🙂 To be honest, I was contemplating myself if I should go see Lee Min Ho or Ha Ji Won as both of them were appearing at different places on the same day as this Trick showcase. I like both Lee Min Ho and Ha Ji Won … Continue reading Trick Showcase at Hood Bar Singapore 2014 Post Mortem

Jennifer Lopez Live at the 2014 Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix Post Mortem

Jennifer Lopez played a full show for the second time in Singapore last night at the Padang as part of the 2014 Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix circuit entertainment. Compared to her “Dance Again” tour in Singapore 2 years ago, the concert last night was so much better; highlighting that the stage setup and the showmanship of the artist are equally important to the entire concert … Continue reading Jennifer Lopez Live at the 2014 Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix Post Mortem

Robbie Williams Live at the 2014 Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix Post Mortem

For those of you who stayed through the entire Robbie Williams concert in that crazy storm, give yourself a pat on the back and I hope no one fell sick as a result. It was SO CRAZY. Just before Robbie Williams took to the stage at the 2014 Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix, the skies opened and poured. The rain was so heavy … Continue reading Robbie Williams Live at the 2014 Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix Post Mortem

The Voca People Live at the 2014 Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix Post Mortem

The Voca People are nothing short of amazing! The people who form Voca People are pretty much the same… I think, based on their body shape. Hahaha. It never fails to boggle my mind how these 8 amazing people can create such awesome sounds and music purely from their vocals. Check The Voca People doing a medley of movie themes during their performance: I really … Continue reading The Voca People Live at the 2014 Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix Post Mortem

Mayday Live at the 2014 Singapore Airlines Formula 1 Grand Prix Post Mortem

I’ve heard a lot about Mayday and I know how they’re always referred to as a superband but I don’t follow the Chinese music scene much so I have no idea what the fuss was about to be honest. Haha. So I headed down to the Padang within the Marina Bay Circuit last night specifically to watch Mayday live in concert for the first time … Continue reading Mayday Live at the 2014 Singapore Airlines Formula 1 Grand Prix Post Mortem

Anberlin The Final Tour Live in Singapore 2014 Post Mortem

Anberlin played at Tab Orchard last night, 13 September 2014, on their Final Tour before they disband for good. 🙁 It is such a shame they are disbanding I tell you. They are so awesome live! Gotta thank FIJI Water for inviting me to be part of this precious memory. Anberlin took to the stage about 7.50 pm soon after the opening band The Caracal were done … Continue reading Anberlin The Final Tour Live in Singapore 2014 Post Mortem
